Hailing from the land of beautiful beaches, Cris is usually the man behind the heavy lifting, processing the meat down into the various cuts. Cris also manages the display chillers, always keeping things fresh. With over 12 years of butchery in Saudi Arabia and Singapore, Cris is a true meat expert.

As the retail manager, Jia Yi is the dynamo that keeps the Figaro outlet ticking. On top of ensuring that the outlet runs smoothly at all times, Jia Yi also handles the supply of fresh produce and product, all online orders, and provides backup for our butchers.
